Shipping:  Unfortunately, shipping in never free, for anyone.  Rather than hide shipping in our product costs, shipping charges will be added to your purchase at check out.  We do not add a handling fee or other charges, and pass along the USPS shipping discounts we get through Shopify.  Expedited shipping options are also available at check out.  You will be provided with a tracking number.

Handmade pedals will be built, and to the post office in 2-4 business days.

Demhes are pre-made, and ship next business day.  

Custom pedal build time varies from 2 - 10 business days.

I designed the t-shirts and hats in Threads, but they are printed or embroidered on demand, and shipped directly from the printing company.  We try to keep the printer’s shipping times up to date in the listings.

Warranty Repair:  Free repair for the original owner (non-transferable), for as long as I am in business.  You pay to ship the pedal to me and I’ll pay to ship it back.  Keep those receipts!  Please contact me first before sending anything in, or I won’t accept it.  I need to create an RA# for you so that I can keep my records straight.  Since I am a one-man-shop please expect repairs to take two weeks for the repair plus shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges:  Although I am happy to repair any pedal you purchase from me, I do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please review the product specs, sounds and demos before purchasing.

Non-Warranty Repair:  Sorry I’m going to have to charge for these, I charge by the hour.  Please contact me so we can get aligned on an estimate.
